thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you were waiting on a response. I believe that there are some crossed wires regarding Amazon. The configuration of the Scooot that has been ordered is not available on Amazon. I do apologise that the courier left the package on the doorstep, it is usual practice that it will be brought to the local FedEx depot if there is no one there to sign for it. This is certainly something we will look into. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we hope the little girl has lots of fun with her Scooot.
