My sincere apologies for the delay in response, but I hope you can see that we were responding, it just didn’t appear in your inbox, for some reason. I was hoping you may find time to amend the feedback you gave on Feefo, I totally understand your frustration as you must have assumed that we were just ignoring your emails, when we were not, a technical fault was to blame. This is of course up to you, but it would be greatly appreciated.

After leaving my rating, I finally received phone contact from the company. The explanation was that they had emailed me several times but somehow it didn't go through. I looked all over my email account (inbox, trash, spam, and used my email's search option) and I found no emails anywhere. I have never had a problem receiving emails prior to this. Plus, I did receive ONE email from them earlier asking for the order number. And then suddenly no more emails came. Thankfully, the problem was resolved. I was able to return the GoTo seat and received a full refund. I just think there is a problem with customer service, especially if the customer has a complaint or need s to return an item. I am simply glad this finally got resolved.
We just bought the 2nd Upsee because it's just great product!
During the winter we use it dor skiing and we just LOVE it! You should try it to😊
