My sincere apologies for the original delays you encountered with the VAT Exemption Form, it is not something we had encountered before and we have subsequently resolved this, none the less we endeavor to ensure every customer's experience is excellent. Customs issues arise from time to time, and we do what we can to ensure they get the correct information as promptly as possible.
