The customer service is terrible. I've sent 5-6 emails with no response about replacement parts and still waiting to hear anything back.

Having searched through our email correspondence, I had sent a response on the 21st June, asking for a little bit more information so i could arrange the replacement parts for you, and I'm very happy to arrange that for you. Today finally arrived the rest of the Upsee and honestly we are very glad that we can start the therapy programm with our son. I appreciate your help and your always fast response on my emails. It's normal that errors can happen. However, glad to have it all together now. Thanks again, best wishes and regards from Spain.
Great service! I was having trouble when I ordered and actually ordered 2 of the same items in error. Customer service corrected my order immediately after I contacted them.
Three online purchase went very smoothly. Their customer support team were very helpful with or tracking enquiry and the website is very easy to navigate and understand.
