Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Hvordan verifiserer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

Hvordan håndterer vi falske anmeldelser?

Thanks for your useful feedback. All of these points are in our development schedule (particularly the setup). We're getting better at documentation as our customer base expands, but would be interested to know which report does not display correctly. Bill

you appear to have neglected to complete your uploads by clicking on the "Store these uploaded values" button at the bottom of the upload confirmation screen. The last upload we have is from 19th July. I will send you a copy of the user guide so that you can access all the information you need. It's a shame you didn't notify us directly, but at least now this is public, others will be able to perhaps avoid this problem! The system is working fine and once you read this, I'm sure the feedback will be flooding in! You may also like to note that all uploads are notified by email - so no email = no upload!
