I told Express Trainers their service was great but the shoes were not. The soles were very slippery and when I stood after trying them on they slid out on my carpet and I had a fall.

Hi, We are sorry you have had an issue with the slides you purchased, however we do internally have knowledge of these slides as one of our members of staff has 2 pairs of them. We asked the realtive questions to him about where he has worn them and he gave us the following account. The slides have been worn on carpet (indoors) wood flooring (indooors) and on an outside patio area in wet and dry conditions and have never been found to be slippery or cause any form of instability. We have checked our records and again with have nothing recoreded by any customers which would point to any similar issues as you have experienced. Please feel frre to return you order if you are unhappy with the item stating your feedback on Feefo and we will be happy to apply a refund for the goods to your order. As ever outstanding value. Delivery was as usual very quick. However on this occasion no dispatch notice and no tracking information. Fortunately I was at home to take the delivery.
