It seemed like a very professional company when I was investigating buying their studios in Liverpool. To their credit the product was delivered pretty much when promised. The studios are all rented out now but I have had no payments paid into my bank! Have been in touch with the developers who said they will call back with an update but have not heard anything further. We were supposed to have earned the rental income from last month but like I mentioned, have heard nothing further despite reminders. Have just spoken to Jonathan Stephens from Experience Invest informing him of the situation. He has promised to speak to the developers and get back to me regarding the delay in payments. Not great after service.
