Eversure Ltd claim to have ‘re-sent’ the policy document for the breakdown insurance I bought on 26th April to me three times by email. They have suggested these emails have been received as junk or spam messages. I receive emails on two devices. The first is a Windows 11 PC which uses the Mozilla Thunderbird email program. This application does not use a junk or spam folder, but instead prefixes the subject line of each email it judges to be suspicious with the word ‘spam’ in upper case letters. The second device is an Android powered mobile phone using the Bluemail email app. This program does use a spam folder. This folder does not contain any spam emails from Eversure Ltd. I have also checked my email account on my ISP’s server. It does not contain any spam emails from Eversure Ltd. When I had not received any response from Eversure Ltd after twice using their ‘Contact Form’, I obtained a contact email address for this company (and a telephone number too) from the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) website. My third attempt at contacting Eversure Ltd was by email on 28th May using this email address. In this message I asked them to refund my money as they plainly had no intention of sending me a policy document. I stated I would take legal action against them in the Small Claims Track of the County Court in Swindon if they did not. I sent a letter to Eversure Ltd by the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service on Monday 3rd June as they had not responded to my email dated 28th May. This letter contained all the information that had already been sent to them in that email. Eversure Ltd then left a message on my telephone answering facility on the morning of Tuesday 4th June. I did not bother to reply to this as I had already made very clear to Eversure Ltd my total lack of trust in their company and my wish no longer to do any business with them. The Eversure Ltd website does not contain a contact email address or a contact telephone number. I have now been told by Eversure Ltd, in their Feefo response, not to use the ‘Contact Form’ in their website. This must be because it is a sham. It is obvious that this company is trying to limit severely the ability of anybody to contact it. I leave people to judge whether or not to do business with Eversure Ltd.
