Hard to get through by phone
Quote retrieve on website doesn’t work. Had to call 6 times to speak to someone to pay although it always said I’m 1st in the queue. Once I got to speak to someone it was fine.

Poor customer service case now with Ombudsman
I am a repeat customer with ERV and I wish I waited the response from their claim department before I renew for 2020. They are like any insurance company try every way not to authorised a claim, this...
