It was a pleasure to be able to help you find a way of staying in your lovely home as you are now nicely settled having moved your family back to the UK only a few years ago. You also wanted to see your children more settled in this country and so a release of equity has provided you with great comfort knowing that a gift from you has enabled your two children to get on the property ladder giving them a more comfortable home to feel settled in.
Regards,
Stuart Farrar - CeMAP CeRER
