It was a pleasure to be able to help you find a way of maintaining your standard of living until you were eligible for your state pension in a few years time. You moved away from London several years ago to retire by the sea and so it was important to you that you could afford to remain living in your lovely home as you enjoy living by the sea after so many years living in the capital city.
