As is usual with any equity release application, you receive a total of five documents setting out these fees, including the offer letter from the lender and you have signed and returned 2 documents agreeing to the fees and advice.
Due to your personal circumstances the solicitors felt a visit was necessary to further safeguard you and furthermore explain everything involved with the legal aspects too.
