We were really pleased to be able to help you release equity to make improvements to your property and assist your son. Sorry about the slight delay. This was purely down to the nature of your property being a farm & used for holiday lets. Hence, gaining approval from the lifetime mortgage lender took slightly longer than normal.
Thank you for the review all the same & best wishes - Glen Pike CeRER
