Very happy
Very happy with service. Workmen installed everything well and took away old boiler etc. Workmen had to remove back boiler and install a combi - I now have a working shower and a lovely warm house....

Good finance options but customer service needs improving
When our boiler was fitted the engineer had made a few marks on out worktops and snapped our toilet seat, the day after the boiler was fitted we had a leak in the cellar caused by an over pressurised...
