Hi and thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your trip. I would like to thank you also for your comments about the tip system, and am pleased to tell you that we will trial the single envelope approach for 3 months from this week, with a view to implement it permanently. Also, Asmaa has now had her annual maintenance and starts the season tomorrow looking great! All the best, Luke, General Manager
