Service was excellent. Dive guides and boat crew were very knowledgeable and operated to a high standard and ensured safety of visitors. The quality was particularly noticable when compared to other companies operating in the area.
Boat, crew and guides are excellent. Emperor is, however, not that easy to do business with. Had a trip cancelled last year 29/01/2011 because of lack of numbers and this was not mentioned when...

Thank you for the feedback on your trip. I am glad you found the boat and crew to be excellent. I am sorry to hear of your concerns about the booking process and will look into these matters further. As you can imagine January 2011 was a very difficult time for us due to the uprising in Cairo and, with a lot of cancellations, several trips could not be operated as planned. Often our email offers have limited availability so it is possible the places were booked up quickly. I will be happy to look into this and any extras you were charged and if you have been overcharged a refund will be provided. Please bear with me so I can look into this matter for you.
