Our stock is updated at the end of each working day, this does unfortunately leave a small window between updates where a product may have 10 left for example with two customers wanting to order the remaining allocation.
Now we regrettably have to select the orders on first come first serve basis, thus leaving one customer with a shortage.
We have to automatically cross this line off and email the customer of this item being out of stock, our aim is to improve this communication further by calling the customer as well as emailing them regarding the shortages.
perhaps leaving a voicemail or answer machine message should we not reach the customer regarding this matter, this would then give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order before dispatch should they not want the remaining items delivered.
Regarding the scratched mirror plates this is classed as a damaged
product, therefore each and every customer has 3 working days to report this damage.
We can then look into getting this either refunded or replaced if this is the preferred option.
You would not need to return any damaged items to us for a refund or replacement, so long as we are notified with 3 working days of receiving your order.
