According to the call recordings, easyfinancial were unable to find any objections regarding the loan protection plan ( insurance ). However, easyfinancial can see that the original loan was funded through their business partner Spring Financial. easyfinancial is currently looking to get access to those recordings, then will reach out to the customer with their findings.
