Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissapointed with our service following your booking on our website for the SSSTS Refresher Course. Our website and the CITB do stipulate that any SSSTS Refresher courses do require delegates to have previously attended the full SSSTS course and unfortunately you had never completed the correct course in the first instance.

In order to assist you with achieving the full SSSTS qualification, Holly had negotiated a heavily discounted fee and booked your place on an agreed date in July; sadly you did not attend on the day and we have been unable to contact you via phone or email since. Thank you for your feedback regarding the training recently undertaken. We have raised your concerns with the training centre and they are grateful for the comments raised. The venue is relatively new and also used for forklift training which involves practical and classroom tutoring. As part of their improvement they will now be looking to carpet half of the venue for the classroom section. The course presentation was structured in line with the CITB syllabus and scheme rules but will be reviewed and trainer given some more guidance to assist with his style of delivery. We hope the service you have received from the team as Easybook Training has been of a high standard and we look forward to assisting with any future course bookings you may have. Best Regards Lucy
