We always ensure to send a dispatch notification email with all orders including the tracking number and link to where this can be tracked so our customers are kept informed of when they can expect to receive their parcel. Unfortunately, these emails may end up in your spam folder, but this will be dependent on your emails settings and is not something we can control sadly. We send out all items when they are ready. For live plants this is not guaranteed to be at the same time, and for other items we ensure they are packaged safely for transit which may mean some orders are split into more packages to ensure goods have enough room in each package and meet the couriers package weight limits. If you provide us with your email address, we ensure to send you a dispatch notification for each item when this is collected from our nursery by the courier.
