The owners do take pride in the house and seek to ensure it is maintained and improved as needed; all the items you have mentioned will be passed to the owners and taken into account at our next property inspection. We do apologise for any poor presentation in the house in this instance.

We are pleased to confirm that the owner has completed more redecoration works this Spring attending to the various points raised in the feedback. Clarification has also been made on what was thought to be a mattress as this was wool sacks awaiting collection after sheep shearing as this is a rural farming property.
