Many thanks for your comments. The reason our £22 booking fee isn't included within our advertised brochure rates is to prevent customers booking 2 consecutive weeks being charged twice. It is applied as a seperate one off charge to all bookings, of any duration. It also covers any credit card charges involved, meaning they aren't passed on to the customer.

To prevent any confusion, additional charges like the booking fee are listed under Charges on page 4 of our brochure.

Many thanks for your comments. We are pleased to hear that some of the problems you experienced were dealt with by the caretaker but we will take your comments back to the owner regarding the TV and ktichen.
