Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your ring. Although platinum is extremely durable it is not scratch resistance and will develop a patina-like appearance that will last. To get the original look back you will need to get the ring polished. It is important to note that when platinum is polished no metal is lost, unlike gold.
We would be happy to polish the ring for you whenever you are ready to do so. Please email or call us when you would like to get this done.
