We do apologise for the issues raised. Unfortunately, the matter was that of our suppliers which did delay the resolution and a matter over which we, as agents, had no control. Best prices
I was a bit weary at first because when I went onto their page they don't have a 'padlock' to show it's a secure site etc and plus all good reviews is a bit questionable. Decided to go for it... BEST...
