We are pleased that you were happy with the service from your consultant. They do check for live availability and provide the best supplier price when quoting. Please do note that comparing to the online price and booking online is subject to an entirely different situation since you are only making an offer to purchase at that price and it may not be available due to demand. The terms of making an online booking are readily shown on our website. If such case arises, you are then given a revised price to decide upon.
By accepting the available price the consultant gave, you agreed to the booking being made.
We are sorry that you may not use us again for your future bookings but hope that this has clarified.
