Website was easy to use and holiday easy to book. The price of the holiday was excellent. Details arrived by email super quickly so all good so far.

Mr Fincham we do not see a request for call back. Your email was dealt with as you requested and once price adjustment made, the new booking paperwork was sent on 1 March. This was all that was asked for. Please kindly check your junk/spam mailfolder for this. it is NOT resolved the funds have NOT been moved across from the old booking to the new. This should be a simple process which is given me stress.
