Dear Kay Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very sorry that you are disappointed by our service and must agree that it was far from perfect on this occasion. The mirror was indeed delivered to the invoice address rather than the delivery address you specified over the phone - a human error for which we can only apologise. Your delivery was rescheduled for the following week (we cover all of the UK on a weekly basis) and our records show that an SMS was sent to your mobile advising you of the day and time of delivery - if you did not receive this message then once again we can only apologise. Despite all of this inconvenience to you, we thank you for your compliments with regard to the mirror itself.
