Thank you very much for your feedback. We have looked into this matter and our records indicate that your policy documents were sent to you three times, we are sorry to hear you did not receive them. Also, the reason that you did not receive a gift card was that you purchased the policy using the Debenhams staff member discount. As per the terms and conditions on the website staff members are not eligible to receive a gift card due to the additional staff discount.
If you could please contact us with your staff number we will be able to arrange to send you your policy documents internally.
