Out of the 5 articles I ordered, I had to return 3 because of being too small. The "so easy, hassle free" return process was such a relief and much appreciated!!
Absolutely love them! Could not find them in the stores at this time of year. Bought them from the website and they were what I needed and arrived quickly!

Update: Cuddl Duds reached out to me directly to address my concerns. Not only did they make the original product I wanted available, but they also took back my original purchase as an equal exchange. Excellent customer service.

Update: Cuddl Duds accepted the faulty item as a return and exchanged this pant for another item as an equal exchange. They even sent me a shipping label. Impressive.
