A lot of our customers tend to lose theirs and for this reason, welcome a new pair each time they order a shirt from us. Obviously, if it is the case that your house is filling up with them, we can take them out of the shirts in future. However, I would be worried of the shirt losing shape in the delivery process. I am sorry that you do not feel this is the case and hope that you are able to take full advantage of our sales. I am also sorry to hear of the problem you experienced with the boots. The issue with the tab falling off should not have happened and therefore I am afraid to say the boot is faulty. For this reason, I would suggest that we exchange the item for you.
