It is disappointing that you are not 100% happy with your purchase. The suite you have brought is a top brand name (Parker Knoll) and is produced in the UK to a high standard. It is available in both foam and qualofill (fibre) interiors and it is personal preference on which customers prefer. The foam interior will give a firmer more upright sit whereas the qualofill is softer but requires more regular maintenance (plumping and rotating). If you feel that the interiors are showing uncharacteristic signs of wear, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us as your furniture is guaranteed.
Ordered some arm covers to go with the suite,the day after we paid for the suite.
However,despite paying for them,I won't get them until the end of November,which is not good at all..

We are sorry that there is a lead time to your arm covers. As you are aware, you purchased a display model that did not have the arm covers and these are a special order from our supplier.
