We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director the best you have encountered, and that the Coach Drivers, Local Guides and hotels were all so helpful and knowledgeable. It is also encouraging to know that you enjoyed the new restaurant visited by the group so much, and we appreciate your recommendation that it be considered for future tours. We note your comments that, while you saw a great deal in around sixteen days, you would have welcomed more two-night stays and a little more downtime. We are sorry to learn that illness affected a number of guests on the coach, and we recognise how exhausting a full schedule can become when one is unwell. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the experience so memorable, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver worked so well together and made you feel safe throughout. We are also pleased that the views, the food and the coach itself met with such approval, and that the group became something of a new family by the end of the journey. We appreciate your recommendation and your kind note of thanks to the colleagues concerned, which we shall be sure to pass on. We are sorry that two of the hotels did not offer the standard of service expected of a four-star property. We regret the dated rooms and the presence of bed bugs at one, and the unclean room, the single bath towel with a stain and the hairs in the bathtub and sink at the other. These matters are unacceptable, and we fully understand why they diminished an otherwise excellent journey. Your point that guests are entitled to accommodation that reflects the standard described is a fair one, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the properties concerned may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
