Ordered the cable, cancelled within 5mins as I wanted a different length.
Spoke to a customer representative via email. They sent me to a form, filled that out 48 hours before.

Hi, thanks for leaving the review. As per our e-mail correspondence on 26/12 I'm just responding publicly for the benefit of other customers. Firstly, apologies, this is definitely not acceptable on our part and we understand the inconvenience caused. We have recently moved warehouse and are in the process of enabling new functionality to allow you (and other customers) self-serve cancellation/exchange requests (which would have stopped this from occuring), unfortunately our current process and our manual interventions (or lack of them) let you down.
