Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

We received excellent service during the trip planning, booking, and payment process. This was more complicated than usual because I was the lead traveler on two Contours trips including two friends.

Contours provides everything you need for a stress free trail

Booking was easy. All staff were very helpful, especially as we increased our party size twice. One problem with the taxis was swiftly sorted.

Thank you very much for your kind words. Our staff are very grateful your party were so clear about the different room configurations you'd be happy with - that always helps us get things right with a bigger group like yours! We're glad we were able to sort out that glitch with taxis and provide a great walk along Hadrian's Wall Path.

Hva Judith sa om Contours Holidays:

Impressive trail, perfect arrangement

Great, advised well, clear communication. Fast communication. Only in one stay Contours apparently did not book our dog, which made it a reserved reception.

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday and that the majority of our arrangements worked out flawlessly, and apologise for the issue with your missed dog-friendly booking. If you'd be willing to provide any extra information about that via the in-depth feedback form on our website, we'd be very grateful. Thanks very much for writing a review.
