Staff encounters all very good right from signimg in. Comfortable seats, good crossing though return journey appeared to be running late.

I travel using the assisted travel help and find this makes the trip so easy. we use ocean plus which is very comfortable .

Generally a very good trip, efficiently executed and everything went well. Would have been five stars but a technical problem on the return journey caused us to be late arriving at Poole.

Good Service, friendly Staff, a pleasant crossing.
Good Service, staff all seemed friendly and pleased to help, which is always good. A pleasant crossing. Would be happy to use again. Crossing was on time as scheduled.

Good value will use again
Nice comfortable journey except the outward journey we were innuograded seats and it was so hot in that part of the ship even after protests to turn the air con up,on the way back no problems at all
