A great start to a holiday.
First class,comfortable seats on the 4 crossings made by myself and colleagues in July to Guernsey. Calm weather aided a quicker than usual crossing. Easy check in and efficient loading of vehicles...

Brilliant safe and great fun
The seats were comfortable. The staff are amazing and always happy to help. The crossing to and from Guernsey was very smooth and very enjoyable. The food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable....

Relaxed
Super cabin on Clipper. Clean and comfortable. Loading and unloading boat very slow even with few cars but overall a good journey.

Monopoly does not encourage good service.
I have tired of arriving early at check to find myself last to load AND last to unload. It can happen of course, but this seems to happen nearly every time even though the car is a regular size....

Poor Customer Service
Poole to Jersey. No real issues.
Jersey to Poole - cancelled 18 hours prior to sailing, due to high winds. As it turned out - calm as a millpond !! Rapide continued, despite being cancelled...

Disability discrimination on trip home by cabin manager. Not being recognised. ..... it's my fault for being moved due to bad weather!!
