An excellent trip to Poole
This would have been 5 stars if the Liberation had left on time! All the staff were very efficient and courteous both getting us in our car onto the vessel and in Club Plus.

Great. Sailings on time. Efficient car load and disembarkment.
Impressed with services onboard as well - food is reasonably prices which encourages us to purchase.

The truth nothing like it shows on website
Hi not very good had club seats coming back and luggage already approved for hand chap not got a clue had to ask someone then gave us keynote for plus so had to go back lady wrote keynote on ticket...

Start becoming more reliable. We have been travelling with Condor for years now and still they keep having "engine problems" Our trip outward was on the 10th May and we were delayed due to engine...

Air conditioning was set to freezing, crew said it was impossible to make it less cold. Many passengers were too cold. Both outward and return voyages.
