Terrible. First, they are difficult to contact. The email address on their documents and customer zone is wrong. It says @ cetamail.co.uk when it should be @ceta.co.uk. You can spend ages on the...

I am so sorry to hear about your experience whilst trying to obtain Boat insurance with us. This is not the high standard of customer care and efficiency that we pride ourselves on. I have spoken to the Supervisor of the Leisure Department, and he is going to arrange a member of our team to contact you so we can understand fully what has happened.

A fast and positive experience.

I felt that the operator was apparently quite knowledgeable and talked me through the various stages whilst clarifying any queries I had. He also pointed out my best options for the cover I needed.
