Thank you for your feedback. I'm not sure what happened with your transaction but it would seem that the Director Report didn't provide you with the information you were looking for. The data which makes up our Director and Company reports is that which is recorded at Companies House. We then have other services attached to our data to include credit ratings and more indepth company insight. However, the core data is that which is recorded in Companies House. If the Directorship is very new or the company hasn't registered any accounts - then the report may throw up a zero result or the report may not hold very much data.
