The initial delivery managed to break most of the Blazer logs and were very rude. Coals2U offered to redelivery, which was appreciated but the same delivery man was used who was even ruder than...

Your complaints team must already be aware, as you've already delivered our order. The point is that we won't be re-ordering unless a different delivery man can be guaranteed.
