Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. We hope that the free Stoveheat we sent over will make up for it slightly and provide you with a better burn! As anthracite is a natural product we don't have as much control as we'd like over the quality, though we always work hard to ensure that the products we source are the best possible. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we hope that you'll see fit to give us another chance in future.
Warm Regards
Rebekah

Great company but I had requested a phone call the day before delivery which would've been nice or even just a dispatch e-mail so I can ensure someone is around for the delivery.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're really pleased that you're happy with the service you received. To qualify as a smokeless product, the product must produce less than 5 grams of smoke per hour. Smokeless fire logs do comply with these regulations. If you have any further questions about this please don't hesitate to get in touch.

One of the best delivery services on the market. Would recommend without hesitation
Homefire Group Ltd's network of depots combines the backing of a national company with the friendly, hands-on service that only a local depot can provide.
