I am very sorry about this delay, we purchased this item direct from the manufcaturer. They had a delay in bringing the item into stock.
We only advertise items as in stock, if we hold them in our warehouse or if the manufacturer informs us they have them. Unfortunately on this occasion the manufacturer did not let us know they had ran out.

Bad customer service. I had to ring them up after four weeks to ask where the product was. They said it was out of stock. But they failed in service because they didn't let me know.

Firstly I am sorry as you should have recieved this feedback until order has been completed, secondly we are very sorry to hear you have had problems, the manufacturer of the product has been in shut down over the summer and has caused a bit of delay compared to normal. We are chasing the manufacturer to get some information as soon as possible.
