I am sorry to hear about the issue you had with the delivery of your goods. We are currently speaking to Hermes about this as this was a error made by one of their drivers. We do apologize again on their behalf and we are getting this matter looked into.
I am sorry you have also had issues with our products. We advise any of our customers that if an item they receive is not suitable they can return them to us with the free returns collect+ label and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange for the goods.
We are sorry you feel this way and we are continuously monitoring the feedback from our customers to see how we can provide them with a better service.

Following a reply from Chums, I have made Two telephone calls and on each occasion I was promised a return call that have not been received, I have followed this up with Five separate emails after each a reply email promised to return telephone call, on one occasion the call was made Seven minutes after the Five hour window I told them I would be at home. the message apologised for missing me. No other calls have been received or messages left.
I have to conclude that Chums do not wish to discuss the issues I raised.
I also conclude Chums Customer Service I have experienced mirrors the quality of the products I received

The website is easy to understand and to negotiate.
Telephoned when placing order to say the items were coming in at twice the price, told by staff it would be ok on invoice. When received the goods the invoice was twice the price. Took 3 phone calls...

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear your card was overcharged, I can see this issue was forwarded to our web department who resolved the issue with the special promotion code. I can only offer our sincere apologies this was not resolved straight away and can only assure you this is not up to are usual standard of service. I have issued a further refund for you today for your postage as a small compensation for your inconvenience. I do hope this does not stop you from ordering from us again in the future.
