Good communications, kept in the loop at all stages. It would have been good to be told of potential delivery timescales prior to placing the order, as the order took 2 weeks approx to arrive.

We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with the assembly of the bed frame, and this item is a flat-pack item and this is deemed suitable for home assembly. If there were any queries or questions during the assembly process, we are available to help in any way that we can, or Julian Bowen can also be there to assist on the telephone, if you needed any help/ assistance.
The telephone service was brilliant, took my order quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss. Very polite and courteous. A time was given for bed delivery and it arrived as planned.

Thank you for your feedback. Our supplier, Steens, have advised to double check all the fittings to see if they slightly need tightening, and hopefully this will resolve the slight wobble. We like the picture!
