Very slow. I needed to return an item. Took forever to receive a refund. Very difficult to contact customer services. Refund finally happened well outside their agreed time

Absolutely rubbish item came really fast. Really struggled to return it as there was a problem getting return label, finally got one sent it back on 26.02.25 and still waiting for my refund....
