We are sorry to hear about this. The BC330 is a really popular machine and we have sold hundreds of them. All Cobra products are covered by a 2 year domestic use warranty, so we are perplexed as to why a service specialist told you that it was not repairable. Maybe they were not a Cobra service and warranty agent? If you can contact our customer support team, we will arrange for a local approved agent to take a look or we can collect and repair at our own service centre. We so apologise for the trouble and inconvenience.
