We are clear about all our product descriptions, in particular the weight for all the jewellery we sell. The weight was displayed and if you compare to the weight of the product received, you will find it a very close match.
We provide measurements as well as supporting photos but we understand that despite all info provided, at times purchases are not right. We offer 30 days free returns however you decided to retain your purchase as opposed to return it. You also never contacted us to let us know any concerns about the product weight or value.
Without checking what valuation you had for your chain, I cannot comment. However bear in mind that the valuation someone will give you to buy your jewellery from you at a cash or scrap value in the high street will much differ from the brand new value you'd otherwise pay for.

Easy to choose what you want, easy to navigate the site and a delivery within a reasonable time.
Thought it was supposed to be solid 9ct. But it's a puff pastry type. Didn't realize till 2months later. Would love to trade and pay the difference for a solid one. Delivery was good and everything...
Took a while for a response via email but otherwise it was a prompt service

Thank you for your review which is greatly appreciated. You placed the order on the 7th of February and it ws dispatched on the 10th of February. It was a personalised order which we state may take 2-3 working days for dispatch. I contacted you about your engraving to make sure I was engraving the right message and your order was dispatched straight away.
You enquiried about the size of the bangle so assume you also noted the weight of the product which will match with what you received. We understand how difficult it can be to shop for jewellery online so we put as much information as possible about the products. Product weight, dimensions and supporting photos.
If there is anything else you think we could have added to aid your experience, your comments are valued.
