Excellent service by friendly staff
They were kind, supportive and informative and took all the worry out of planning the funeral and were always available for any questions to reassure me that everything had been taken care of.

I really felt that Sam went that extra mile for us. She was understanding and caring and my Mum felt particularly at ease at what is the worst of all times.

Would we use them again, NO.
The service we received from the staff at Borough Road, Burton was excellent.
The service we received in connection with paying the Invoice was diabolical with undertones of Bailiffs being involved....

I thought the service was excellent. The ladies I met were very compassionate in their approach and made a very difficult time as painless as possible
