Terrible.

There website can be more specific. The power wire doesn’t be come with the item I understand you need qualified engineer but ontop you need to purchase the wire yourself.

We provide the manufacturers manual and full manufacturers specification on the website. We highlight that the 2x9kW fryer requires a hardwired installation by a qualified electrician. It can be installed single or 3ph which requires different power wiring. All UK manufacturers of fryers over 3kW do not provide cabling - For the reasons above and crucially - to prevent unqualified customers wiring a plug to the unit with potentially disastrous consequences. We're sorry that this was not made even clearer.

Disappointed with the delivery charges.

The redeliver charge is absurd. We don't get any notification when it will be delivered, a time gap, nothing. And to redeliver the goods they charge nearly £40 +VAT or more than £60 + VAT.

We apologise for the delivery issues. An estimated delivery date was given and adhered to but we understand that there was no one available to accept delivery after 1:00pm. AM deliveries are available but are charged to us at a premium. We do request access information at the point of order and will investigate how this problem could have been avoided.

After initial upset regarding ‘next day ‘ delivery apparently only on telephone orders (had ordered online) the item arrived next day which in catering makes all the difference 5* for making it happen
