Thanks for your feedback. Shipping costs are calculated on size & weight of the order as well as destination. We list Royal Mail prices on the website and this service is available when checking-out. We are constantly looking to improve shipping prices, however, we value speed of service and reliability over cheaper, slower alternatives. Unfortunately your website does not cater to N. Ireland. I quote directly from the shipping page of your website:
Northern Ireland : Courier Starting at £12* + VAT
Thats extremely expensive for a small order. N. Ireland customers do not have the option of selecting : Recorded 2nd Class Royal Mail : under 1kg : £3.50 + VAT
as does the rest of the UK. Royal Mail does not charge extra for N. Ireland so why do you???

thanks for your reply. If an order is under 1kg there are four options when checking-out - 2nd Class RM (£3.50), 1st Class RM (£4.50), 2-3 day courier (£12.00) and next day courier (£18.00). If the order is over 1kg, but under 4kg, there is the 1st Class RM (from £6.50) and courier options. Basically, the heavier the order is and the more boxes there are, the more expensive shipping is going to be. Hope this helps.
